Welcome! You’re in the Right Place.

Hi, I’m Rahul Dhakate — a PMP and PSM I certified software project manager and product management leader based in India, with over 20 years of experience managing software projects across BFSI, eCommerce, and enterprise software.
I built LearnXYZ.in for one specific reason: when I was preparing for the PMP exam, I struggled to find honest, practical guidance written by someone who had actually been through the process as a working professional — not a full-time trainer, not a certification coach, but someone juggling real projects and real deadlines while studying in the evenings after work.
I also waited nearly a decade between completing my PMP classroom training and actually sitting the exam. If that sounds familiar — you’re exactly who this site is for.
No fluff. No generic advice. No content written by someone who’s never managed a real project.

About Rahul
I’m a PMP and PSM I certified project manager and product management leader with 20 years of experience. My career spans BFSI software (10 years at Ebix Software managing the SmartOffice CRM platform), eCommerce delivery, Fortune 500 banking client portfolios at Wipro, and now running Artpic.in — a web platform micro-brand I built from scratch.
I completed my PMP classroom training nearly a decade before I finally sat the exam. Not because I wasn’t capable — but because work kept taking priority and the exam kept getting pushed to ‘next quarter.’ I understand that pattern intimately, and everything I write here is designed to help you break it.
I write every article on this site from personal experience. I use AI tools to help with research and structure — and I write about those tools honestly when they matter to project managers — but every opinion, every recommendation, and every story is genuinely mine.
When I include affiliate links to courses, simulators, or tools, I say so clearly. My goal is to be the most useful and honest resource on the internet for working professionals navigating the PMP journey. That only works if you trust what you read here.
