At Learnxyz.in, we are committed to publishing accurate, reliable, and trustworthy information in the project management and PMP certification space. Our audience includes professionals seeking credible guidance, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Our Commitment to Accuracy
We take multiple steps to ensure accuracy:
- Investigate claims with healthy skepticism
- Question assumptions
- Challenge conventional wisdom where appropriate
We strive to achieve due accuracy—meaning accuracy that is adequate and appropriate to the subject and nature of the content. Where limitations exist, we explicitly state them so that readers can properly evaluate the information.
Sourcing & Verification
All content we publish, as appropriate to its nature and format, must be:
- Well-sourced
- Based on available evidence
- Corroborated where possible
We are honest and open about what we do not know and avoid unfounded speculation. Our contributors never deliberately plagiarize or knowingly distort facts, context, or visual information.
We seek independent verification for claims, allegations, and material facts—especially those made by public officials or individuals or organizations with an agenda beyond simply reporting the truth. Any content that cannot be corroborated is clearly attributed as such.
Corrections & Accountability
Learnxyz.in stands by the information it publishes and believes it to be accurate at the time of publication. If proven otherwise, we correct the content as quickly as possible. We do not knowingly or materially mislead our audience.
When a significant factual error is confirmed:
- We acknowledge it clearly and promptly
- We correct the error in a transparent manner
- We do not distort facts or present invented material as facts
How Readers Can Report Errors
We provide a fair opportunity for readers to report inaccuracies. A “Suggest a Correction” section appears at the end of every article published on Learnxyz.in.
Readers may also contact the Editor-in-Chief directly:
Rahul A. Dhakate
Email: mail.rahul.dhakate@gmail.com
Subject line: Correction Needed
To help us investigate, please include:
- The article title and URL
- The specific error you identified
- The correct information (if known)
- A source for the correct information (e.g., PMI standard, official document, page number)
- Your name and a contact email or phone number
Please note: Submitting a correction request guarantees an investigation but not necessarily a correction. If no error is found, we will explain why.
Editorial Review Process
Our contributors’ primary responsibilities include researching, writing, and fact-checking their own work. Each article is subject to review by at least one editor before publication.
For high-sensitivity or complex topics (e.g., PMP exam changes, credentialing policies), we apply a multi-level fact-checking structure. The seniority of editors involved depends on:
- Complexity of the topic
- Potential impact on readers’ decisions
- Time sensitivity (e.g., breaking updates from PMI)
How We Issue Corrections
Once an error is confirmed by the Editor-in-Chief, we will:
- Correct the original article on Learnxyz.in
- Add an Editor’s Note at the bottom of the article, stating:
- What was incorrect
- What the corrected information is
- The date of correction
- Update social media posts (if the article was shared on Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) with a note linking to the corrected version
- Notify the reader who reported the error, describing the steps taken
For minor issues (typos, grammar, formatting), we may correct them silently without an Editor’s Note. For material errors that could affect a reader’s understanding or decisions, we always issue a visible correction notice.
No Print Edition
Note: Learnxyz.in is a digital-only publication. References to print corrections in earlier versions of this policy have been removed. All corrections occur online as described above.
Policy Review
This policy is reviewed annually or whenever significant changes occur in our publishing practices. Questions about this policy may be directed to Rahul A. Dhakate at the email address above.
