The breakdown consists of $3 million in salary, approximately $11.9 million in cash bonuses, $43.9 million in stock compensation and $8.1 million in non-equity incentive compensation plan (cash), according to the company’s proxy statement filed with the SEC on Wednesday. Emanuel’s “other” compensation included $365,000 for personal use of an aircraft provided to him.

TKO President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Shapiro Total compensation increased from $31.9 million to $42.6 million. He received a base salary of $4 million, a cash bonus of $12.5 million and stock awards of $25.8 million.

CFO Andrew Schleimer’s $23.1 million package ($2 million base salary, $7 million bonus and $14.1 million stock awards) is up from $7.7 million in 2024.

The agent cited increased revenue and strong momentum for UFC and TKO, including a string of major rights deals last year, including with Paramount and ESPN. The filing details the salaries of the public company’s five highest-paid executives in a compensation table published annually.

This document also sets out how directors will be compensated. WWE Chairman Nick Khan is on TKO’s board of directors. His 2025 package for his WWE executive role totals $24.28 million, including $2 million in base salary, $11.5 million in stock awards and $10.75 million in bonus payments.

Film and TV star and former professional wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is directing. He received compensation of $30 million in fully vested and exercisable restricted stock units. He also received $900,000 in royalties from his licensing agreement with TKO and was reimbursed for $600,000 in travel expenses related to the deal.
