Emanuel is TKO’s Chairman and CEO. UFC, wweAssets include IMG and PBR. His 2025 salary remained at $3 million, his bonus rose to $11.9 million, his stock compensation rose to nearly $44 million and his non-stock incentive plan composition exceeded $8.1 million.
TKO disclosed senior executive salaries in its annual proxy filing Thursday afternoon. TKO’s President and COO Mark Shapiro saw his compensation package increase from $31.9 million in 2024 to $42.6 million in 2025, while CFO Andrew Schleimer’s salary increased to $23.1 million.
WWE Chairman and TKO board member Nick Khan received a total compensation of $24.3 million in 2025.
As with all executive compensation at large public companies, how much an executive actually takes home depends largely on the trajectory of the company’s stock price.
Of course, 2025 was an important year for TKO. That’s thanks to a new rights deal with Netflix and the U.S. for WWE, as well as a deal with UFC and Paramount that officially kicked off earlier this year. The company also closed transactions for PBR, IMG, On Location and other assets that were part of Endeavor Group Holdings.
The agent also revealed some financial details related to Dwayne Johnson’s TKO operation. Johnson is now a major movie star, but he also had a run as “The Rock” in WWE. According to the proxy, TKO paid Johnson $900,000 in royalties related to the use of the Rock IP. TKO is also working with Johnson’s production company, Seven Bucks, on potential unscripted projects and paid the company just under $120,000 last year.
