“Phantom Lawyer” stars say goodbye + thank viewers as drama ends

The stars of SBS’s “Ghost lawyer” shared their final thoughts as the drama comes to a close!

On May 2, “Phantom Lawyer” ended a surge in viewership ratings when it aired its series finale.

Yoo Yeon Seok expressed his gratitude to the drama’s viewers, saying, “Thanks to our viewers’ passionate interest and support, we were able to successfully end the drama amidst an outpouring of love.”

“I am very grateful to the entire cast and crew, who worked so hard together,” Yoo Yeon Seok continued. “I especially want to express my sincere respect and appreciation for all the actors who made special appearances as ghosts in each episode and brought our drama’s universe to life.”

Esom fondly looked back on the time she spent filming “Phantom Lawyer,” noting, “For the past seven to eight months, I poured my heart into creating one single character, and I breathed with (our drama’s) viewers for the past eight weeks.” She added: “Now I think I will be able to send (my character) off properly.”

“Through ‘Phantom Lawyer’ I was once again reminded of the importance of truly listening to what someone has to say,” the actress continued. “I hope that this precious meaning has warmly reached the hearts of the viewers.”

Eventually, Kim Kyung Nam commented, “Thank you to all the viewers who have given their love to ‘Phantom Lawyer’ so far. Being able to greet you with a heart-warming story was an amazing experience.”

He further added, “I will greet you with another great project and also show you new sides of myself in the future.”
