The highly anticipated drama series Perfect Crown premiered on April 10 KST.
The show, starring ONION and Byun Woo Seoktakes place in an alternate universe where Korea is a constitutional monarchy. IU plays Seong Hui Ju, a chaebol frustrated by her common status, while Byun Woo Seok is a prince who has nothing but his title.
The first episode has since been met with criticism from netizens, who already had issues with the plot.
However, criticism has also been leveled against Byeon Woo Seok for his acting skills.
In clips posted online, netizens shared their thoughts on his acting compared to his co-stars.

These clips were posted on a popular Korean forum where they went viral. Some of the comments were very strongly critical of his acting, while some found it “okay” at best.
