‘The Runarounds’ Canceled by Prime Video After One Season (Exclusive)

As it has been 7 months since the 8-episode season 1 was released on September 1, the development is not that surprising. According to sources, the program was quietly canceled a few months ago. Recently, the female lead, Lilah Pate, Booked a series regular role on another showTaylor Sheridan’s tulsa king spinoff Frisco King For Paramount+.

Runaround The series may have ended, but the rock band of the same name at its center will continue. The group, which consists of show stars and real-life musicians William Lipton, Axel Ellis, Jeremy Yun, Zendé Murdock and Jesse Golliher, is on tour until the end of June.

“The TV series may be over, but as a band we’re here to stay,” the quintet wrote on the group’s Instagram after Deadline broke the news of the cancellation. “This is just the end of one chapter and the beginning of a new one.”
