Girl Group Idol gives birth to second child after overcoming pain from miscarriage

A K-Pop girl group idol has now given birth to her second child after previously suffering a miscarriage.

On the 1st, Tahitisay Jisoo shared the news of her delivery on her social media account saying: “Thanks to everyone who congratulated me. I am now a mother of two boys.“

She spoke candidly about the birth and her current condition, “When I had my first child, I missed my mother so much, but after I had my second, I miss my first child even more. Ppo Ppo (the baby’s nickname) was born ten days earlier than the scheduled induction date, but both Ppo Ppo and I are healthy.“

She also expressed her determination as a mother of two, saying: “I will raise them healthy and properly.”

Jisoo currently works as a Pilates instructor. She got married in 2021 and welcomed her first son in 2024.

Last year, Jisoo experienced the pain of a miscarriage due to poor egg quality while pregnant with her second child. She shared her heartbreaking feelings at the time, saying: “Did I fail to protect this child? I blamed myself, felt guilty and was very sorry at times. I had surgery without seeing the placenta or the baby, but I believe that one day a beautiful baby angel will come to me. Until then I will train hard and eat healthy food, so please come home quickly with a packed lunch box.“
