‘RHOA’ Kim Zolciak to be grilled by bf’s estranged wife in divorce battle

‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ classic Kim Zolciak She agreed to undergo a sworn examination by an attorney representing her boyfriend. Kyle Mowitzhis estranged wife; Gillian Green …TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kim and Jillian signed a contract where the reality star would appear and answer questions.

According to the agreement, the transcript of Mr. Kim’s testimony will remain private and will not be shared with third parties.

Jillian received a subpoena Kim is part of a case in which Kyle questions her about money, gifts and loans he may have provided to the reality star.

Mr. Kim previously said of the subpoena, “It is unreasonable, oppressive, and intended to embarrass him.” Jillian asked Kim to hand over all communications with Kyle and all documents related to gifts she received from Kyle.

Kyle’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiani“Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce proceedings is quite unnecessary because any relationship our client may have had with her began only after the parties separated,” he previously said.

Kyle and Jillian got married in 2017 and separated in 2024.
