3:37 PM Pacific Time — A source connected to the investigation tells TMZ. The FBI saw the video and said it was a dead end. The area the car drove through and where it entered and exited led the agency to conclude that the car was not involved in the kidnapping.

The video, recorded about 2.5 miles from Nancy’s home in Tucson, Arizona, shows a car speeding by and may provide further clues.
